You may experience delays to some collections due to temporary driver shortages by our collections teams. If your recycling, rubbish or garden waste collection is missed we will attempt to collect it the following day.
You can report a missed collection for:
- recycling
- rubbish
- food waste
- garden waste
You must report it within 2 working days after your collection day.

Your recycling, rubbish, food waste and garden waste may not be collected if it isn’t put out in the right place, at the right time.

Contaminated recycling
Your recycling will not be collected if it is mixed with things that cannot be recycled. It needs to be clean, dry and empty.
