Worried about housing costs or losing your home

If you’re having problems paying your rent, service charges or mortgage, get advice and support as soon as you can. Rent and mortgage payments are priority debts which can cause serious problems if you don’t do anything about them. Read the full list of priority debts.

At risk of being homeless

If you’re at risk of being homeless within the next 56 days, contact us for support. Do not wait until you are homeless.

Council tenant

If you owe rent on your council property or have service charge arrears, c​​​​all us on 020 7974 4444 or speak to your Neighbourhood Housing Officer. We’re here to help and can work with you to agree affordable repayments.

Private renter

Speak to your landlord if you cannot pay your rent or services charges. They may give you extra time to pay.
