Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) survey 2024 to 2025

The Regulator of Social Housing has introduced Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). They track how well social landlords are doing to provide quality homes and services.

As a social landlord, we must ask our tenants about how well we:

  • complete repairs
  • keep homes safe
  • communicate with tenants

Why it’s important

The results of the survey will:

  • give visibility of our performance to our tenants
  • help us understand where we can improve

By taking part, you can help us design and deliver housing services to meet your needs.

How we conduct the survey

We are partnering with Housemark, Service Insights and Teamsearch to conduct the survey.
We will select a random sample of tenants to take part. Trained interviewers will conduct brief doorstep conversations from November 2024 to January 2025. These will take place Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm.

We will complete telephone interviews with a smaller percentage of tenants during the same period.

We will share the survey findings in the summer of 2025.
