This is the improved Camden website. Tell us what you think.

Support to quit smoking

Smoking is one of the leading causes of heart disease, stroke, and lung diseases. When you stop smoking, good things start to happen. You start to move better, breathe more easily and feel less stressed and anxious. You also save money. On average, a person smoking 10 cigarettes a day spends around £2,500 a year on tobacco.

Our Stop Smoking Services

Stop smoking services in Camden are free, friendly, can be adapted to fit your schedule, and can boost your chances of quitting for good. It is much easier to stop smoking when you get the right support, and with professional help, you're 3 times as likely to quit for good.
