Your child will be due to start secondary school in September 2025 if they were born between 1 September 2013 and 31 August 2014. The next round of Year 7 applications for 2025 entry begins from 1 September 2024. You need to apply before the deadline of 31 October 2024.

Camden secondary schools open events 2024
Camden's 10 state secondary schools will all be holding open events during the autumn term for parents and carers who are interested in applying for Year 7 places for their children - as well as for their sixth forms. These are a great way to find out more about the schools and what they can offer your child before applying. You can download a poster with all the dates below:

Meet the Parents - informal forums for parents
Meet the Parents are running events for parents of primary pupils who are moving up to secondary school starting from the week beginning 9 September 2024. These allow parents and carers to ask frank questions from other families - including current secondary students and their parents - and combine this with getting information directly from schools at their official open events.
