Chair-based exercise at Third Age Project
Free to members. Yearly membership £10
This highly popular and sociable class is known as ‘Use it or Lose it!’ Run by long-time TAP sessional instructor – Susan Lucas- it’s a fun and enjoyable way to get fit for people with a wide range of abilities. A good entry-level class for those who perhaps haven’t regularly exercised for some while and the group motivates each other to do the physical moves often to music. Some health questions may be asked when you first join. Carers are welcome to attend, no booking is required.
