Search for building control applications

You can search for information about building control applications in our database. Information we hold includes:

• a description of the works
• when the application was validated
• when works started
• when works were completed
• the name and contact information of an approved inspector

You can search for applications by street name (do not enter a house name or number in the street name field), or the serial number of the application.

Completion certificates and document requests 

If you find an application on our database and need to view its documents, you need to make a request. There will be a charge to retrieve this information.
