What happens next
A member of staff will contact you within 10 working days. They may ask for more information and will book an appointment for a pest control visit. We aim for this to be within:
- 3 days for rats and mice
- 5 days for cockroaches, fleas, bed bugs and wasps
- 7 days for other insects
We will take payment over the phone during this call.
Preparation before a bedbug appointment
If you have bedbugs, you must prepare your property before our visit.
Changing your appointment
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before by calling 020 7974 4444. Without notice, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
On the day of your appointment
You should make sure that:
- the area to be treated is clear of furniture and clutter
- a person over 18 is at the property during our visit
- pets and young children are kept away from the area during treatment
Treatment may be affected if guidance is not followed.
