New time banded collections
New time banded collections
We are introducing new, daily time banded waste collections to help make 11 of our busy streets cleaner.
The time banding for the 11 streets listed on this page will begin on Monday 28 April.
What time banded waste collections are
Time banded waste collections mean residents and businesses must only put their recycling and rubbish out for collection at specific times of the day. Collections will take place shortly after the end of each time band.
This system ensures that waste is left outside for the shortest time possible before collection and helps keep our streets clean.
When time banded waste collections will apply
These rules will operate seven days a week, giving residents and businesses in these areas specific time slots each day to put out their recycling and rubbish for collection.
All households and business properties covered by the time banded collections will receive a letter informing them of the new collection time rules. Signs will also be installed in the areas.

Do the right thing with your waste. There’s no excuse for fly-tipping and littering in Camden - offenders face fines and prosecution.
Fly-tipping can be anything dumped on the street, from a bag of rubbish to furniture. This includes recycling and rubbish bags that are put out at the wrong time or in the wrong place.
Our enforcement teams are taking action to keep your streets clean.
