Make building control payment

To make a payment to Building Control, you need a record number.

How to make a payment

Go to our payments page
Choose Building Control
Choose the type of application you want to make a payment for
Enter your application number in the first field. For example: 00/0/00000
In the Account Name field, enter BCV if the application is:

Full Plans/Deposit of Plans
Building Notice
Access Audit
Fire Risk Assessment
Miscellaneous with VAT

6. In the Account Name field, enter BC if the application is:

Regularisation
Demolition
Section 30
Reversion
Miscellaneous without VAT
