Housing Customer Experience Oversight Panel

The Customer Experience Oversight Panel meets to discuss complaints and feedback about housing management and repairs. The panel: 

  • invites managers and contractors to explain what steps they are taking to prevent recurring complaints
  • make constructive suggestions about how to improve things so that residents don’t need to complain in the future
  • holds us to account

Panel members

The panel has 6 members who are tenants and leaseholders. Each member can serve on the panel for up to 3 years. 

How to join

We recruit to the panel as seats become available. Sign up to get updates about vacancies and other similar opportunities through GovDelivery. 

Panel meetings 

The panel meets in person 6 times a year to review housing and repair complaints.
