High-rise building safety
If you live in a building 18 metres or more in height or that have 7 or more floors, you can contact your building safety manager:
- for advice and information on construction, maintenance, repair, or servicing work undertaken in your building
- advice on how to stay safe at home and follow the fire safety advice for your building
- live with someone who would need help to get out in an emergency

Shared area safety and unsafe behaviour
Contact your neighbourhood housing offer if you:
- are worried about what you are allowed to keep outside your home, and for advice on what you can keep in shared areas
- are worried about safety hazards in shared areas of your building
- believe other residents are behaving in an unsafe way
