About Camden Living
Camden Living is a Camden Council owned provider of affordable rented housing. We provide rented homes that are significantly below the market rent. Our lower rents are part of Camden Council’s aim to provide a Camden Living Rent for people living and working in the borough. All of our homes are funded by Camden Council’s Community Investment Programme.
Our homes
Our homes are at the Bourne estate, Maiden Lane estate, and Chester Balmore. All of our properties are currently occupied however you can register your interest for Camden Living homes and other homes at intermediate rents.
Register your interest
You need to register on the housing page.
By registering for a Camden Living home you will also be registering for homes at lower rents in Camden with our partner housing providers, and have access to shared ownership. To be eligible we ask that you are a Camden resident, or that you are a non-Camden resident who has worked in the borough for the last six months. In addition your annual household income should be between £20,000 – £90,000.
Please note, that due to the large number of applicants, Camden housing providers will only contact applicants that are shortlisted.
