Tenancy conditions

Tenancy conditions form part of an agreement or contract between a tenant and their landlord. 

When you sign your tenancy agreement, you agree to accept the terms set out in our tenancy conditions. These outline the duties and legal rights of you, the tenant and us, the landlord.

Tenancy conditions apply to both introductory and secure tenants.
